These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Resumifyi (the "Service"), a free browser-based resume template builder operated by Infizoom Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Infizoom", "we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Free to use
Resumifyi is provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. You may use the Service to build resumes for yourself, and the resumes you produce are entirely your own — we claim no ownership or license to your resume content.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you enter into Resumifyi. Because your content is stored only on your device and never transmitted to us, we have no access to it, no license over it, and no ability to share it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you include in your resume.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
- Attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Service or the servers hosting it
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code beyond what is legally permitted
- Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful material
- Automate or scrape the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We make no guarantee that using Resumifyi will lead to job interviews, employment offers, or any specific career outcome.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including loss of resume data stored in your browser. We strongly recommend exporting a PDF or DOCX backup regularly.
6. Intellectual property
The Resumifyi name, logo, templates, source code, and site design are the property of Infizoom Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the resume documents you produce however you wish, but you may not copy or redistribute the Service itself or its templates as your own product.
7. Changes to the Service
We may modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee the Service will be available indefinitely.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
